The now

The NoW is a coaching and leadership development practice founded by Sarah O’Brien Hammond. Inspired by her own journey of navigating a career that no longer aligned with her purpose, Sarah discovered the tools and strategies to gain clarity, define her next chapter, and turn her vision into reality. She now helps her clients do the same.

Through her coaching work, Sarah empowers individuals to unlock their potential and take aligned, intentional action.

In her leadership development practice, she partners with organizations to support their executives in growing into their full leadership capacity—and beyond.

Sarah also serves as the Chief Community Officer of The Network of Women (NoW), a private global women’s community. Its mission is to support women in living intentional, conscious lives of their own design—lives that lead to greater happiness, purpose, and fulfillment.
