I help leaders show up as their best self to move

themselves, their business & their employees forward

leadership development

Leadership development varies considerably from leader to leader. One’s coaching is based on the leader’s unique strengths, the diverse team in which they are developing, external circumstances, and the deliverables expected of them. It is far from a one size fits all approach.

I partner with rising and senior leaders to help them achieve their goals.

— To be the best leader they can be.

— To show up as their best self everyday.

— To develop effective, cohesive and impactful teams.

— To cultivate successful relationships across the organization.

— To lead with confidence, empathy and inclusivity.

— To overcome and silence limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome.

My strength-based, positive psychology philosophy, coupled with my deep listening and guiding questions, supports my clients in reaching their desired results.

speaking

I partner with organizations to speak on a wide variety of topics personalized to the needs of the population. Speaking varies from keynotes to moderating panels to leading small group discussions.

Some recent talks:

— Developing confidence and realizing one’s potential

— The importance of mindfulness in the workplace

— Effective networking

— Mindset elevation

— Developing successful habits

— Avoiding burnout

Sarah O’Brien Hammond

Sarah O'Brien Hammond spent over 20 years as a top million dollar producer at both recruiting firms in which she worked. As a managing producer she was also responsible for developing and leading high performing teams. She partnered with senior leaders, within the financial services industry, to identify and retain talent. Those same senior leaders would eventually become many of Sarah's coaching clients when she exited the recruiting space to focus on coaching and leadership development. Sarah attributes her success to a positive mindset, athlete mentality & discipline, and focus on overall wellbeing - mind and body. You can find her either on the Ironman course, in downward dog, sitting in meditation or relaxing at home in NYC with her husband and two teen daughters.
