A restorative weekend retreat for women seeking a pause from their everyday lives. 

Movement, meditation, dreaming, dipping, and mindfulness are the tools we'll play with throughout the weekend.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Movement - the beautiful and serene land of Madbush Falls is the perfect playground to move our bodies and connect with nature.  Our curated programming will include daily movement (appropriate for everyone), ideally in the great outdoors.

 

Mindfulness Practices - each day we will explore a mindfulness technique for you to utilize, not only throughout the weekend, but to support you when you return home as well. 

 

Plunge & Sauna - You will have the option to join us for exhilarating daily dip in Madbush Falls and on Saturday we will partake in an amazing sauna wellness expereince at Savu. These private saunas let the outdoors in and allow for an intimate connection with yourself and the natural world around you.

 

Nourishment - Our healthy and delicious meals will be prepared with the intention of nourishing our whole being. All meals and snacks are included in the price of the retreat. Vegan and vegetarian options available.

 

Community - We will gather in a safe and judgement free space to explore, play, expand and connect. The weekend is intentionally curated to welcome in connection, compassion, authenticity and kindness. Whether you come solo or not, you are destined to leave with new friends. All programming is included in the price of the retreat. 

 

Home base for the weekend - Located in Vermont's Mad River Valley, Madbush Falls is one of Vermont's new premier hotels. It sits alongside Madbush Falls (complete with a gorgeous waterfall) and offers the most serene and beautiful land and outdoor spaces for us to gather. Their brand new rooms and suites come with retro mini-fridge/freezers, Drip Kit coffee in handcrafted mugs, Ursa Major Skin Care Products, and dedicated outdoor spaces. The price of the retreat includes two nights (Friday and Saturday) at Madbush Falls, all meals and snacks and all programming as well as a welcome goody bag!

The brand new Folsom King room features a more modern style with polished concrete floors, beautiful tiled bathroom, covered porch, large custom built desk, and lots of space.

Sunset King

$997/person *

The sun sets directly over the horizon from the Sunset King room. This spacious room is beautifully appointed with a large custom desk and vaulted ceilings. The upfit bathroom includes a combined jacuzzi tub and shower. Just out the front door is an open deck bathed in sunset light; out the back door is a quiet lawn in front of the waterfall.

Ledges

Funky king suite that includes a king bed with brand new Malouf mattresses, custom VT-made headboard & side table and desk with integrated power stations, comfortable chair, mini-fridge/freezer, Drip Kit coffee, dedicated outdoor deck with Blue Ridge Chairworks furniture, upstairs loft/reading nook with a twin daybed, tiled bath and tub with all new fixtures.

Monroe Skyline Suite

Monroe Skyline is a 3-BR 2-BA apartment with full kitchen that sleeps 6. The second-story apartment features a private deck, high vaulted ceilings, brand new full kitchen, bar and dining table, large couch and sitting area, 2 king rooms and a queen room. This is a great option for those who like a bit more space and/or are attending with friends!

  • Absolutely! Belonging is a very important part of our retreats and everyone is welcomed! We provide a safe, inclusive and supportive container for you to meet new friends minus all the awkwardness!

  • Absolutely! Our programming is designed to meet everyone where they are at. All activities will benefit both novice and expert retreat attendees. And please note, while we encourage everyone to join in all activities, everything is optional!
