The NoW is a coaching and leadership development practice founded by Sarah O’Brien Hammond. Inspired by her own journey of navigating a career that no longer aligned with her purpose, Sarah discovered the tools and strategies to gain clarity, define her next chapter, and turn her vision into reality. She now helps her clients do the same.

Through her coaching work, Sarah empowers individuals and teams to unlock their potential and take aligned, intentional action.

In her leadership development practice, she partners with organizations to support their leaders and teams in stepping into their power, potential and impact.

Sarah also serves as the Chief Community Officer of The Network of Women, a private global women’s community. Its mission is to support women in living intentional, conscious lives of their own design—lives that lead to greater happiness, purpose, and fulfillment.
