Would you define your relationship with your body as 'it's complicated'? Do you struggle with food choices and maybe add an extra work out in or skip a meal if you felt you were a bit too 'indulgent'? If so, you aren't alone. Many of us struggle with food and our body image and that struggle impacts all areas of our lives. Stephanie Roth-Goldberg, a Psychotherapist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, will help us work through this complicated relationship. Stephanie will provide the tools to help us improve our relationship to exercise and food which will shift our thoughts on our body image. Through this conversation we will reclaim the enjoyment of exercise and food from a society that teaches us to use exercise as a punishment for enjoying food. We are excited to learn how to create this positive shift in our lives which will only better ourselves and our relationships. Come join us in this interactive and informative conversation.
