FOR WOMEN
Fun + Play + Fitness + Community = Summer Camp Retreat Series
This Summer Camp Retreat Series is about so much more than movement. It's about bringing women together to connect, build community, prioritize wellbeing, and have fun.
Our hope is that you leave not only feeling energized and inspired, but also with new relationships that extend far beyond our time together. Relationships that lead to future hikes, bike rides, coffee dates, adventures, and support along the way.
Whether you're trying something completely new or participating in an activity you already love, you'll do so in a welcoming, judgment-free environment where beginners are not only welcome—they're encouraged.
During our three hours together, you'll experience two thoughtfully curated activities, with mindfulness, intention, play, and connection woven throughout.
Move your body. Meet new people. Learn something new. Have fun.
Most importantly, give yourself the opportunity to experience the power of community.
We hope you'll join us for one experience—or, even better, the entire series.

GRAVEL & GROOVE
Join us for a morning of biking, community, connection, and dancing!
We'll begin our time together with an opening circle designed to welcome, ground, and connect us before heading out on the roads. From there, you'll choose from one of three gravel routes, allowing you to select the experience that best supports your goals, fitness level, and desired adventure.
After our ride, we'll refuel with some delicious post-ride snacks and refreshments before transitioning into the "Groove" portion of the morning—a silent disco experience guaranteed to bring out your playful side.
Think dancing like no one is watching.
No judgment. No expectations. Just movement, laughter, joy, and the freedom to let loose.
Our hope is that you leave with a full heart, new connections, a few sore cheeks from smiling so much, and perhaps a reminder that fun and play deserve a place in our lives too.
Please bring:
Gravel bike or mountain bike
Helmet (required)
Water bottle
Please note that all routes will be on dirt roads.
Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or simply looking for a fun way to connect with other women, we hope you'll join us for this unforgettable morning of adventure, community, and joy.

STRENGTH & SUP
Ready for a morning of strength, connection, confidence, and adventure?! We got you!
We'll begin the day with an opening circle to welcome, ground, and connect with one another, followed by a conversation about the importance of strength training—one of the most impactful things we can do for our long-term health, vitality, and independence.
From there, we'll move into a guided strength workout designed for all levels. Modifications will be provided throughout, ensuring everyone feels supported and successful regardless of experience. Our goal is not only for you to enjoy the workout, but to leave with exercises, tools, and confidence you can continue implementing long after our time together.
Before leaving the land for water, we’ll enjoy some nourishing snacks and drinks to support our paddleboard adventure.
Whether you're an experienced paddler or stepping on a board for the very first time, there is a place for you here. This portion of the morning is about embracing play, enjoying the beauty around us, and experiencing the joy that comes from trying something new in community.
Our hope is that you leave feeling stronger, more confident, inspired to prioritize your wellbeing, and connected to an incredible group of women.

HIKE & HYDROTHERAPY
Looking for an intentional morning of connection, community and movement?
We'll begin our time together with an opening circle to welcome, ground, and connect before heading out on the trails to experience the beauty of Vermont. As we hike, we'll move with intention and awareness, incorporating elements of forest bathing and mindfulness along the way. Together, we'll slow down, tune into our surroundings, and reconnect with ourselves through nature.
This is not about speed or performance. It's about presence.
Taking in the sights, sounds, and beauty that so often go unnoticed in our busy lives.
After our hike, we'll enjoy some delicious provisions before moving into our hydrotherapy experience designed to support both mind and body. Through the healing powers of hot and cold therapy, you'll have the opportunity to relax, recover, reset, and experience the many benefits hydrotherapy offers for stress reduction, recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing.
Our hope is that you leave feeling grounded, restored, connected, and inspired to bring more intentionality into your everyday life.
Please bring:
* Comfortable hiking shoes
* Weather-appropriate clothing
* Water bottle
* Swimsuit and towel
* Layers for transitioning between activities
Come breathe deeply, move intentionally, and give yourself the gift of a morning dedicated to your wellbeing.
